Frequently Asked Questions
Responsible Gaming
vb899 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age is verified during account registration and no underage accounts are accepted. This rule applies equally across all games and betting sections. If you know someone who is underage, please keep them away from this platform and let our support team know if needed.
If you feel you need to take a break, contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. A cooling-off period (a break for a set duration) or full self-exclusion will be set up based on your preference. During this time you will not be able to log into your account, which helps you take a mindful break.
Yes. You can set a daily or weekly deposit limit if you choose. Just request it from the support team via live chat and it will be activated. This is an effective way to play within your budget and still enjoy yourself. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it may require a short waiting period.
Some common signs are: gradually increasing the amount you bet, placing more bets to recover losses, neglecting personal or professional responsibilities, and feeling unable to stop playing. If you notice these signs, take a break and seek expert help if needed. To learn more about responsible gaming, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
vb899 always prioritizes responsible gaming. If you feel you need help, start by letting our support team know — they will assist with self-exclusion or setting limits. In addition, talking openly with family and trusted friends and seeking advice from a mental health professional can also be beneficial.
VIP Benefits
VIP members receive weekly cashback, priority support, and early access to exclusive promotions. Moving up to higher tiers increases the cashback rate and unlocks access to a dedicated account manager. Special offers are also given to VIP members from time to time to make the gaming experience more enjoyable.
Playing regularly and staying active is the key to tier advancement. The more you bet and spend time on the platform, the faster you can reach the next tier. From Bronze to Silver, then Silver to Gold — the cashback rate increases at each step and new benefits become available.
Cashback is calculated each week based on your net losses. The cashback amount is generally added to your account within the next business day after the week ends. Rates by tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold.
vb899 has three VIP levels. Bronze is the entry level — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%. Silver is the mid level — weekly cashback of up to 0.5% and additional benefits. Gold is the highest level — weekly cashback of up to 0.8% and the most benefits. The value of benefits increases progressively at each level.
If you remain inactive for an extended period, your tier may be reviewed. However, this generally does not happen if you stay regularly active. The support team will notify you in advance before any tier change. You can contact live chat to check your current tier status.
How to Withdraw
At vb899, most withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. For mobile wallets such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, the funds generally arrive within that time. Bank transfers may take slightly longer due to the bank's internal processing. If there is any delay, please notify the support team.
The minimum withdrawal amount at vb899 is ৳800. Any amount below this is not eligible for withdrawal. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn in a single request depends on your account level and balance. Contact the support team for specific details.
Yes, winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn — but only after the wagering requirements are met. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a 120% bonus of ৳1,200. Placing bets totalling 25 times this ৳1,200 bonus, i.e. ৳30,000, qualifies you to withdraw winnings from the bonus. The wagering count is based on the bonus amount only, not added to the deposit amount.
For security reasons, vb899 only processes withdrawals to a wallet or bank account registered in the account holder's own name. Sending to a third party's account is not possible. This is an important rule to prevent money laundering and protect against fraud.
First confirm that your account identity verification is complete and the wagering requirements have been met. If it is still pending for more than 1 hour after that, contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Mentioning the transaction ID will help get a faster resolution.
Mobile Gaming
Yes, all games on vb899 can be played from a mobile browser without downloading a separate app. The site works well on Chrome, Firefox, or any other modern browser. The layout automatically adjusts to your screen size, making it easy to navigate on a touchscreen.
If the connection drops, the game server automatically saves the session status. Once you reconnect and log back in, you can continue the game from where you left off. If a round is incomplete, it is generally completed automatically and the result is determined. Contact the support team if you encounter any issues.
First, clear your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data to do this. Then refresh the page. This resolves most loading issues. If your internet speed is slow, switching to Wi-Fi or a better mobile network may also help.
On Android, open vb899.lat in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu at the top, and select "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom, and select "Add to Home Screen". This creates a shortcut that can be used just like an app.
vb899 runs most smoothly on the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Good performance is also available on Samsung Browser and Safari. Some games may not load correctly on older or unupdated browsers. It is therefore recommended to always keep your browser updated.
